Our Custom Shaped Stretcher Frames are manufactured using 3/4″ or 1″ Ultralight MDF. They are the perfect solution for projects requiring a round, oval or odd shaped stretcher, impossible to make out of standard length stretcher bars. You can choose from any of our four profile shapes or send us a drawing ( cutout) of what you require and we will make it for you. We can even create thicker frames similar to the “D” profile by laminating two sheets together. All our stretcher frames are sanded and primed for a smooth, easy to wrap finish. Larger sizes are supplied with stabilizing cross bars and can also include built in hanging cleats. The largest size we can offer without a half lap seam is 48″ x 48″.
